1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Statement

CamsFlow (camsflow.com) respects the intellectual property and publicity rights of independent creators, webcam performers, studios, and production companies, and complies fully with the safe-harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

CamsFlow operates strictly as an online information location tool, directory, and embed aggregator linking to publicly accessible broadcasts and official embed players hosted by independent third-party platforms. CamsFlow does not upload, store, transcode, or host video media files on its own servers. Nevertheless, we promptly disable access to and permanently de-index any directory listing, thumbnail reference, or embedded link upon receipt of a valid takedown notice or verified performer opt-out request.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

To expedite processing, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following statutory elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work(s) or performer brand claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
  • Exact URLs on CamsFlow: The exact https://www.camsflow.com/... URL(s) of the specific directory page(s) you wish to have removed so we can locate and purge them immediately.
  • Contact Information: Your full legal name (or authorized agency name), mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address at which we can confirm removal.
  • Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name suffices) of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

3. Designated Copyright & Compliance Contact

Send all DMCA takedown notices, studio blocklist requests, and performer privacy opt-outs to:

Compliance Department: CamsFlow Copyright & Trust Agent

Email (Fastest — 24–48h SLA): [email protected]

Web Support Portal: https://www.camsflow.com/contact

Please include “DMCA Takedown Request” in the subject line for priority routing.

4. Removal Procedure & Search Engine De-Indexing

Upon receiving a valid notice or verified creator request:

  • We disable the reported URL(s) within 24 to 48 hours and configure our edge servers to return HTTP 410 Gone with X-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow, noarchive so Google, Bing, and other search engines drop the link immediately.
  • We add the performer identifier or work title to our internal compliance exclusion list so automated directory updates cannot re-create the listing.
  • Because CamsFlow does not control third-party hosting providers, copyright holders wishing to remove the underlying source video from the internet should also contact the originating host platform directly.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you are a platform partner or creator whose authorized promotional listing was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to [email protected] containing: (a) identification of the removed URL, (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, (c) your name, address, telephone number, and consent to federal court jurisdiction, and (d) your electronic or physical signature.

6. Repeat Infringer & Zero-Tolerance Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, CamsFlow maintains a strict policy of terminating feed integrations, affiliate links, or user accounts associated with repeat copyright infringement, and we strictly prohibit non-consensual or unlawful content of any kind.

7. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

CamsFlow is not a “producer” (primary or secondary) of any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Our service is limited to indexing, linking, and organizing live webcam streams and promotional previews produced and hosted by independent third-party adult networks. All statutory age-verification and record-keeping responsibilities rest solely with the respective primary producers and hosting platforms. For additional legal terms, please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
